I remember my grandmother would make meat tortellini. A full day process. This products is exactly the same appearance and taste. I prepare it in brood just like she did.

While growing up, our Grandmother would spend hours, kneading dough, preparing meats, rolling, spooning, tying Tortellini & drying (we referred to them as Ravioli @ home and at any of the local Italian Resturant's). Served in broth, meat sauce or marinara sauce, alway fabulous - just as these are! Thank you!!!!
