Made a plain garlic and mozzarella pizza the other day. Used a Presto Pizzazz Rotating Open-Air Oven for 10 minutes (probably should have gone 12 to add more crispiness) -- result was excellent.
Am trying to figure out how to use the shells to make calzones, but they will crack if I try to bend them. May end up just using two shells as a sandwich and let the Presto unit do its work.

We had a pizza I made using this crust tonight. It was very good and more like the pizzas we are used to in SE MA. We are now in SE FL and can't get what we consider a good pizza. This crust is thin and crisp, just like we love. It was done in no time and also gone in no time!

I live in Florida but I was born in Baltimore. I was on a visit and was introduce to the Sun of Italy Italian Spice. It smells so good. I found out it is sold online. That is when I saw the pizza shells. How convenient they are! I put them in the freezer and thaw them when I need them. Thin and Crispy! My family loves it when I say it's "Pizza Night" I recently had guest over and I made pizza. It was a hit!

As promised, the crust crisps nicely and has lovely brown bubbles on the bottom. Is nice for doing "gourmet" pizzas.
